Free English Classes for Qualified Candidates

Ann Cook , author of American Accent Training, is finishing a grammar book. She is taking applications for beginning students to participate for four months in an accelerated language program. The telephone and online classes include grammar, vocabulary, writing, accent, pronunciation and comprehension skills.

Normally, this training would cost $6,000, but this fee is being waived for this project. The goal of these classes is that each successful candidate will go from a very basic level of English to high intermediate by January 2009.

Classes will be held 3 times per week, either via telephone or Skype. Candidates must commit to completing the classes and the assigned homework.

Step 1 : Call 208-441-9770 and read the following:

Hello my name is ___________. I am applying for the grammar project. There’s a lot of learn but I hope to make it as enjoyable as possible.

Speak for 30 to 60 seconds telling us about yourself, personally and professionally.

Step 2 : Upon completion of the call, submit a paragraph telling us who you are, your goals and education. Put your name, email, Skype ID, and phone number at the bottom of the paragraph.

Step 3 : Upon acceptance into the testing phase of the program you will be given access into a series of online tests.

Step 4 : Upon acceptance into the training phase of the program, you will be given access to the online materials, and schedule your classes with Ann Cook.
