Call Centers Save Time and
Money with Online Training

The
first step is to identify the high performers with the AAT Predictive
Aptitude Test. This short online test grades for current competency and
accent potential.
Trainee audio is
uploaded to the server and scored by AAT raters. Results are returned
within 24 hours. Shorter turn-around time can be requested. |
|
The next step is to train CSRs
in accent, pronunciation, professional voice quality, cultural
orientation, and where necessary, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and
call center skills. During training, AAT provides chat support and
feedback.
After studying the initial courses, a trainee submits a mid-point audio
recording, which is scored and written feedback provided. The trainee
is either authorized to continue to the second half of the training, or
is directed to review particular aspects and re-test later. |
|
The last step is the final audio submission, which
results in AAT certification of a standard American accent.
Post-training follow-up is available at 30 and 60 days.
