There are many pre-hire criteria that a company needs to assess. The AAT Predictive Aptitude Test is an accurate predictor of how well an individual will pick up an accent. This is much more specific than general English language proficiency testing.

Additional pre-hire tests can be incorporated into the platform, thereby ensuring that all testing conforms to corporate standards and is located in one place.

Learning Styles
Audio or Audio/Visual

Auditory Learners are high-aptitude and learn best by hearing. Females are placed in the course titled Andromeda and males in Orion.

Audio/Visual Learners are also high-aptitude and learn best in a composite environment of hearing and reading. They have all the exercises, plus background information to process what they are hearing. Females are placed in the course titled Phoenix and males in Centaurus.

Visual Learners are not good candidates for accent training. These individuals are identified and screened out prior to training.
